SIX ARTISTS FOR THE BIBLICAL FESTIVAL
The theme and the title Preserving The Creation, Cultivating The Human of the 2015 Edition of the Biblical Festival leads us from Biblical times to the present day and represents – for the six artists present at Villa Pisani Bonetti in Bagnolo di Lonigo – a precise reference point (…) Giuliano Dal Molin begins
through a dialogue with architecture, to design in the cellar eight elements, which exchange meaning with the walled shell that surrounds them. He says: “I work on synthesis, on constant rigour” thinking of the ancient space and the centuries-old silence that inhabits it. It is the emptiness, the size of the place, its crispness, sensitive to the changing passage of light, and its poetry which influence Dal Molin’s inner thought. The vertical elements, similar to narrow and slender panels, vary in colour which – in the rhythm – transforms them. Conversely, in Untitled, white-coloured, the very dynamism of the surface, in the work’s opposition between concave and convex, changes its colours dynamically, by light (…)
